Eligibility of Tenderer :	Â Â 1. The minimum number years of general experience of the Tender in the construction work shall be 5[five]years. 2. A satisfactory completion of specific ( Having experience of Construction of building and R.C.C Road)worksof at least Tk 28.00 [Tweenty Eight] lac under 1 [one] of contract(s) over a period of 5[five]years shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate at Govt. / semi Govt./ Autonomous organization. 3. The required average annualÂ turnover shall be greater than Tk 35[Thirty Five]Lakh over the last 5[five]years.(35.0 Lakhx 5=1.750crore). Must be submitted recent up to date Bank statement certificate /Audit report / Work completion certificate for comply the Tenderer construction Turnover. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or Unconditional credit facilities / Unconditional Bank Gurante of the Tenderer shall be Tk 28.00 [Tweenty Eight] lac.Must be submitted recent Bank certificate with mentioned the Balance / Unconditional credit facilities according to format of STD of CPTU 5.Tenderer will be rejected if the quoted price is more than 10.000% above or below the approved official estimated cost according Bangladesh Government Gazette and up-date Standered Tender documents of CPTU. 6.N:B. Others terms and condition are specified in TDS & PCC.
