Eligibility of Tenderer :	3.1. Eligibility of Tenderer: All e-Gp registered Tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit tenders provided that they are otherwise qualified & satisfied the qualification criteria stated in TDS. 3.2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 22.00 Lakhs under 1(one) of contract over a period of last 5(five) years shall be required. 3.3.The required avarage annual construction turmover shall be greater than Tk.15.00 laks best 5(five) years over the last 10(ten) years. 3.4 The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 Lakhs issued not earlier than 28(twenty eight) days prior to the day of the origianl deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.All other berif description in TDS. 3.5 In addition to ITT Clause no. 17, if any tenderer submit rate (Grand Total) which is 10% lower than the estimatted cost than he/she must be submit rate analysis of all items. Otherwise his/her tender will be considered as non-responsive. Format for analysis of rates (An Excel file) is uploaded in this tender document at section-7 (General Specification). Tenderer must download the file, fill up rates and submit it with tender document if needed. Please note that any other format for rate analysis shall not be accepted. 3.6. If any tenderer quote the materials rate (Specially Bitumen, Kerosene etc ) 10% lower than the government controlled rate in analysis then his/her tender will be considered as non-responsive.
