Eligibility of Tenderer :	A. Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works. B. Having similar experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization during last 5(five) years of Tk. 1.50 Lakh in a single tender. C. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.2.70 lacs. Document submittedÂ Â along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) submitted or as per Form of tender and contract forms. D. D. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 2.50 lacs during the last 5 years. E. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate, along with the Tender. F. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
