All e-GP registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tender provided may fulfilled the criteria in respect of legal, technical & financial are describe in the TDS (Tender Data Sheet) of tender document
(1) The minimum number of years of general experience shall be 5 (Five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal)
(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Protective work by R.C.C palisiding work of at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk 9.00 Lac .Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal (details see in Tender Documents)
(3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK 45.00 Lac over one of the best last 05(Five) Years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal (details see in Tender Documents)
(4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7 .00 Lac any date in between 23-11-2014 to 8-12-2014
(5) In liquid Limit Certificate & submitted update authorized letter must mentioned this tender ID and / or the name of work.
(6) If any tenderer submit rate (Grand Total) which is 10% lower than the estimated cost showed in APP then he/she must submit the rate analysis of all items. accordance with sub-clause no. 23(a), 23(b) of clause no. 98, part-3 of PPR-2008
