Eligibility of Tenderer :	Any Tenderer having qualification as bellow : 1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(Five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Contractor is at least 1(One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/installation technology successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least 5.0 lac. 3. The required average annual construction turnover (AACT) is Tk. 10.00 lac during last five years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.4.0 lac. ( Not Before then 15/01/2018). 5. The total quoted price must be within 10% above or less of the official estimated cost. Otherwise Tender will be decided as non-responsive. 6. Other terms & conditions as per TDS.
