A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 8.00 Lac under 01 number of contract(s) over a period of 05 years shall be required. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 11.40 Lac over the last 05 years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk: 3,00,000/- 5. As per recent amendment of PPR-2008 ±10% bar on quoted price will be followed in the tender.
