* The tenderer should submit the certificate of followings. i) VAT registration ii) Up to date income tax Certificate. iii) Up to date Trade license iv) Nationality Certificate.
* The tenderer must have completed similar type of contract having valuation of Tk. 1.50 Lac in last 5(five) years. * Minimum liquid asset should be Tk. 1.50 Lac. * The tenderer must have annual turn over for Tk 1.50 Lac in last 5(five) years. * The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC. * The Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC. * Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading. * According to the clause 31(3) of PPA-2006 , the tenderer’s quoted price of 10 percent above or below of the official estimate will be consider as non-responsive. * Detailed information on solvency/insolvency/bankruptcy. * Carrying cost of Vehicles/Equipment’s (Loading & Unloading) is not included in the estimated cost. Therefor the Contractor/Suppliers must contact with respective Division for performing the work on site where applicable under supervision of Engineering in Charge.
