Eligibility of Tenderer :	Only eligible tenderers with the following key qualifications may participate in this tender. (a) Tenderers from all eligible countries. (b) The minimum nuber of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction work as prime contractor of Sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 05 years. (c) The minimum specific experience as prime contractor of sub-contractor of management contractor in construction works least 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years each with a ralue of at least TK.26.08 Lac. (d) The required average annual construction turnover (only public fund) shall be greater than Tk. 104.33 Lac best 03(Three) years over the last 05 years. (e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 10.43 Lac.
