4. Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP system under appropriate user catagory of procurement process in order to have appropriate access point and to get working dashboard with authorised functions in e-GP system. 4.1 Tenderer shall have the legel capacity to enter into the contruct. 4.2 Tenderer shall not have a conflict of interest. 4.3 Tenderer in its own name or its other names or also in the case of its persons in different names, shall not be under a diclaretion eligibility for corrupt fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices as stated under ITT clause3. 4.4 Tenderer shall be solved e.g. the tenderer is financialy capable to perform the contruct for the proposed procurement. 4.5 Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
