PCC--A. General--

The Intended Completion Date for the whole of the Works shall be 365 days from the commencement date.

The minimum insurance cover shall be:

(a)	The maximum deductible for insurance of the Works and of Plant and Materials is 0.3% of contract amount
(b)	The minimum cover for insurance of the Works and of Plant and Materials in respect of the Contractorâ??s faulty design is 110% of contact amount
(c)	The maximum deductible for insurance of Equipment is 0.3% of TK, 80,00,000.00 = Tk 24000.00 (Twenty four Thousand only.)
(d)	The minimum cover for loss or damage to Equipment is Tk. 8000000.00 ( Eighty Lac Only ).

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be [state number] years.
