Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Tenderer should have up to date and valid trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate with up to date clearance. 2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of related goods and services. 3. The Tenderer MUST have supplied type of books during the last 5 years. 4. Warranty period will be at least 12 Months from the date of delivery. 5. Tenderer must have submit maximum 2 contract of similar goods at least 4(Four) Lac BDT within last 5 (Five) years with successfully completion certificates. 6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 5 (five) Lac with any government schedule Bank.
