Eligibility: 1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(Five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Contractor is at least 1(One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least 35.0 lac. (similar nature / complexity means construction of Washblock under PEDP-3 project). 3. The required average annual construction turnover (AACT) is Tk. 50.00 lac during last five years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.35.0 lac. ( Not Before then 12/2/2018) 5. All Works as well as hand over to school authority must be completed before June/2018 and no running bill will be allowed. 6. Other terms & conditions as per TDS.
