Eligibility of Tenderer :	01. The minimum number of general experience of the Tenderer in the civil construction works shall be five (05) years. 02. A satisfactory completion of same nature of works under Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous /Sector Corporation organization amounting not less than taka ten lac (10,00,000/-) only as a prime contractor in a single contract/ work order within last three (03) years shall be required. 03. The tenderer shall have to submit along with the tender document attested photocopies of up to date Trade License Certificate, IT & VAT Certificate, Liquid Asset/ Solvency Certificate & Required Average Annual Turnover (audit report/work order & work completion certificate shall have to be enclosed), ABC license as per Tender Document . 04. The tenderer shall have a Civil Engineer with membership of IEB. IEB membership certificate shall have to be enclosed. 05..The tenderer shall have a Diploma Engineer with at least three years of experience. Educational and experience certificates shall have to be enclosed. 06. The Tenderers whose trade license valid for DPDC area, only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender. 07. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract. 08.. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. 09. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender. 10.Experience certificate of works in an energized sub-station and ABC license shall have to be enclosed. 11. All other Terms & Conditions are available in the Tender Document.
