Eligibility of Tenderer :	Only eligible tenderers with the following key qualification may participate in this tender (a)Tenders from all eligible countries (b)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years. (c)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works public sector of at least 01(one)contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10(Ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,75,00,000.00 (One Crore Seventy Five Lac) only. (d) The required average annual Construction turnover i.e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk.2,33,00,000.00 (Two Crore Thirty Three Lac) only over the last 05 (Five) years. (e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk. 57,00,000.00 (Fifty Seven lac) only.
