The following formulae shall be used to calculate the Tender Capacity
Assessed Tender Capacity = (A*N*1.5-B)

Where
A=Maximum value of Works performed in any one year during last five years
N= Completion time of the proposed work in years
B= Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next N Years

For Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) Lot, this qualification requirement shall be mentioned separately for each lot in the package
Note 1: In case the value of N is less than 12 (twelve) months the value of N shall be considered as 01 (one)

The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 40.00 lac counting last 05 (five ) years only ( FY: 17-18,16-17, 15-16, 14-15, 13-14, 12-13 only considered) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal)

The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 83.00 lac counting last 05 (five ) years only ( FY: 16-17, 15-16, 14-15, 13-14, 12-13 only considered) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal)

The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tender shall be Tk. 15.00 lac. (Bank Statement / credit line(s) issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh not earlier than 28 (twenty-eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for the Contract) [Only Bank Statement, Credit Commitment Letter and Loan Sanction Letter only against working capital or liquid asset is accepted. Any other types of document is not accepted].

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully at least 100% completed within the last 5 (five) year, each with a value of at least Tk. 63.00 lac (Only Payment Amount is Considered). (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal)
