1) Valid Trade Licence, TIN number, VAT Registration, Nationality, & Business address, Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract. 2) Work plan, Statement of work method, Equipment & Personnel. Special Instruction: 1) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order. 2) Work order will be issued after obtaining budget allocation & prior approval from the competent authority of BWDB. 3) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained. 4) Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2008. 5) If the Tenderer(s) submit(s) any false/incorrect or forged certificate, the tender will be outright rejected and action as per PPR-2008 will be initiated. 6) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. 7) Letter of Commitment for Bank,s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific form PW2a-3 (Enclose in General Specification). Otherwise Tender will be non-responsive. 8) VAT/income Taxes shall be implied as per latest circular of NBR. 9) Latest circular of CPTU and CPC of BWDB shall be implied.
