Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a. The tenderer (/firm) shall have minimum 3(three) years of general experience in building construction. b. The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of building of similar nature including civil, sanitary works amounting to BDT 2(two) lakh through a single tender/contract during last 3(three) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. c. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover of BDT 12(Twelve) lakh over last three years. d. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be BDT 2(two) lakh. e. The tenderer must have up-to-date Civil and Supervisory license from Civil Licensing Board, Govt. of Bangladesh.
