If the quoted price varies by more than 10.00% (above/less) of the official estimate then the tender will be rejected. Tenderer must upload Rate Analysis supporting the quoted amount, if the Total quoted Amount is more than 5% above/less than the approved official estimate. 2. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenderer shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS. 3. A Tenderer not having sufficent information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
