Special Instruction: 1.The average annual construction turnover shall be: greater than taka 4.50 (Four point Five Zero) Lakh over last 03 (Three) years. 2. Availability of minimum liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities shall be: taka 3.00 (Three) Lakh. In case of Credit Certificate issuing from the bank, specific Tender ID Number, Package Number & Name of the work must be shown in the certificate along with document of credit facilities and credit certificate should be submitted separately for individual Package. Liquid assets format has been attached in section 7 (General Specification). 3. Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least One contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within last 03 (Three) year valuing taka 3.00 ( Three) Lakh 4. Disposal of Spoil earth will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost where departmental acquisition land is not available. In this regard no claim what so ever entertained. 5. Detail Breakdown of the Unit Rates or Prices quoted by the tenderer should be submitted with the tender in BWDB Template according to ITT Clause 14(i) which should be considered in Tender Evaluation. 6.Tenderers must submit all requisite documents (including detail breakdown of the unit rates of the BOQ items) mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected. 7. BWDB Template has been attached in section 7 (General Specification).
