This invitation for Tenders is open to all e-GP system registerd eligible Tenderers having :

a) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.

b) Valid VAT registration certificate.

c) Up-to-date trade license.

d) Tenderer should be short listed under P.W.D. office circular dated 11/12/2001/SA-3/P-742/2002/1475.
e) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 15(fifteen) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT I the e-GP System.)
f) A satisfactory completion of similar works at least 5 (five) lac under a single contract over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.)
g) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 15.00(fifteen) lac over the last 5 (five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.). Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment certificate from the respective PEâ??e Office.

h) Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage more than 10(Ten)�  percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected.

(i) PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed� �
