This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
a) Tenderers must have up to date Income Tax, TIN and valid VAT registration certificate and Trade license.
b) Attested copy of the following mentioned documents to be submitted.
1. Up to Date Income Tax Certificate,
2 Up to Date TIN Certificate,
3.Upto Date Valid VAT Registration Certificate,
4. Up to Date Trade License.
c) According to the Public Procurement Act 2006,Section 19,sub section1(a) provided that such tenderer shall be deemed to have been rejected if any tenderer quotes in the tender a rate 10% less or above than the official estimate.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK 65 (Sixty Five) Thousand, Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
