This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: (a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in construction works. (b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similiar works/building works/Repairing works of Tk. 1.3 Lac in a single tender in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. (c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk.4.00 Lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the eGP.. (d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk. 1.99 Lac. If tenderers submit liquid asset document,he must be declared a statement overthrough bank that tenderer will expends that liquid asset for the execution of that particuler work (Name of the work).Otherwise the bank will be liable.Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (e) Tender Capacity of Tk. 1.5 Lac. To calculate tender capacity the tenderer must submit his/their ongoing work details i.e. contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information. (f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(g) The tenderer must posses i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate (2017-2018). ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. iii) Up-to-date trade license (2017-2018).
