Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. reputed contractors / construction firms who have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in similar nature of works or building construction works and also having experience in successful completion of at least one number of building construction amounting tk 1400000.00 during last five years preceding of the invitation for the tender in single tender in govt./semi govt. /autonomous organization. 2. In case of the work done under PWD the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned executive Engineer. 3. The tenderers are required Average annual construction turnover tk.20000000.00 only over the last 5 financial years preceding the date ofinvitation for the tender necessary supporting documents from the concerned authority ( work certificate ) shall be submitted with the tender. 4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities shall be tk.5600000.00 only 5. .Tenderers must have up-to-date TIN certificate. 6. Tenderers must have up-to-date trade license. 7. Tenderers must have valid uptodate VAT registration certificate. 8. Only payment certificated will be counted for turnover calculation. no completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate. 9.Tenderers submit turnover certificate of last five financial years from NBR for authentication of payment certificates. unless the tenders will be treated as Non Responsive
