Eligibility of Tenderer :	The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/design/budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained. The contractors who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5(Five) years of overall experience in civil related works. The Tenderer must have specific experience in similar nature of work i.e any of kind khal/Nala/earthen canal re-excavation at least minimum work order value of Tk. 16.25(Sixteen point Two Five)Lac in a single contract completed over the last 05 (Five) years in any Government or semi government or autonomous organization. The required average annual constructions turn over shall be greater than Tk. 48.75(Forty Eight point Seven Five) Lac in the preceding last 5 years.
