| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. The Tenderer shall have minimum 3 (Three) years experience as on the date of opening of this Tender in designing, manufacturing and installing telecom self-supported green field of height 50 [Fifty] meter or more.
2. The Tenderer shall have at least 1 (one) successful completion records of similar contract over a period of last 10 [Ten] years with a value of at least Tk 60,00,000/- [Sixty Lac]. To this effect, the Tenderers must submit evidence in the form of Certificates from the users. Evidences must contain full details of the contracts such as project name, contract number & price, volume of work, completion period with date, contract person(s) etc.
If the tenderer is not the manufacturer of the proposed tower then the tenderer must submit a letter of authorization from the manufacturer (in manufacturer’s letter head pad) for participating in the tender in accepting the terms and conditions of the Tender.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5,50,00,000/- [Five and a half crore] over the last 5 [Five] years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,00,00,000/- [One Crore].
