Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below : a) The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration certificate, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade License, up-to-date ABC/BC electric & supervisory lisence issued from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. b) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have min. 5(Five) years of general experience. c) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of building construction work with a value of at least Tk. 18.00 Lac in a single contract in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years. d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets / working capital/ Credit facilities (Must be unconditional and provided in form of letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for line of credit (Form PW2a-3) in Original form) of Tk. 15.00 lac. Certificate must be within 21 days up to the date of receiving of tender. Account Balance (stated in Bank statement for liquid asset) to be retained at least 30 days; Otherwise it will not be acceptable. e) Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be Tk.25.00 Lac (Average of last 5 (five) years) must be authenticated by the concerned D.C Taxes/ NBR authority or Payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity. Other formats are not acceptable. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
