All the tenderer of Bangladesh who fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Tender Document Special Instruction: • The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work. • The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works. • Detail Breakdown of the Unit Rates or Prices quoted by the tenderer should be submitted with the tender in BWDB Template according to ITT Clause 14(i) which should be considered in Tender Evaluation. • Tenderers must submit all requisite documents (including detail breakdown of the unit rates of the BOQ items) mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected. • BWDB Template has been attached in section 7 (General Specification). • For line of Credit from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh all the bidders must submit an unconditional assurance certificate following the standard format (Form PW2a-3). Otherwise Tender will not be considered. Form PW2a-3 has been attached in Section 7(General Specification).
• Work must be completed during this Financial Year 2014-15 and the Payment will be made availability of fund. • Payment may be made partially from the savings money of Zone/Circle/Division (if possible). • Full/Partial payment may be made after inclusion in the Budget of 2015-16 for which no extra claim can be made.
