Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience for supply of Books to the public Universities. b) The satisfactory competion of supply of Books of minimum Tk. 20.00 Lakh (twenty Lakh) under one (1) contract/ Tk. 35.00 lakh (thirty five lakh) under two (2) contracts in the last five (5) years. c) The minimun amount of liquid assest of working capital or credit facility is Tk. 30.00 lakh(thirty lakh). d) The tenderer shall have updated Trade Licence, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, etc. e) All others as mentioned in the Tender Document. f) Tenderers shall have to fill all the forms (Form e-PG3-4 and List of Books (3-7)) of section 5. Otherwise tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
