1. As described in tender document. 2. The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years. 3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature , complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk. 2.00 lac. 4. The required average annual work turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress of completed from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 3.00 lacs over the last 5 years [2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17] 5. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk. 75 thousand. (This will be given by the proper format) 6.The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: (i) Valid Trade License. (ii) Vat Registration. (iii)TIN Number. (iv) Nationality Certificate. (v) Business Address. vi) enclosed experience certificate for respective work. 7. Tenderer must submit their BOQ within the limit of 10.000%. If any tenderer submit 10.000% up or less than the tenderer will be selected as non-responsive by the order of Gazette, August 2016. 8. Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive if CCC monthly progress report result is below 80%.
