1. The tender should submit the certificate of followings. a) Up to date VAT Registration. b) Up to date income tax Certificate. c) Up to date Trade license. d) Nationality Certificate.
2. The Minimum period of general experience of the Tenderer (for similar type of goods) shall be last 05 (five) years. 3. The tenderer must have completed similar type of contract having valuation of Tk.4.00 (four) lac in last 5 (five) years. 4. Minimum liquid asset should be 3.50 (three lac fifty thousand) only. 5. The tenderer must have annual turn over for Tk 4.00 (four) lac in last 5(five) years. 6. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC. 7. Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC. 8. Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading. 9. According to the clause 31(3) of PPA-2006 , the tendererâ??s quoted price of 10 percent above or below of the official estimate will be consider as non-responsive.
