Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) A satisfactory completion of civil maintenance works of at least Taka Seven Lac (7,00,000/-) under a single contract over a period of last three (03) years. (b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer's shall be Three (05) years. (c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka Seven Lac (7,00,000/-). d))The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Taka Fifteen Lac (15,00,000/-) over the last five (05) years. (d) The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and shouldn't have a conflict of interest to rules of EGCB Procurement Policy-2015. N.B: years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp system.
