Eligibility:
Any Bangladeshi tenderer registered in the e-GP system having the following minimum qualification criteria:
a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum Tk. 35,00,000.00 (Tk. Thirty Five lakh) under a single contract in the last 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. Supply of similar goods means supply, installation, commissioning of data center, CC Camera, Network Video Recorder and Network equipment with passive and active components;
c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of goods is/ are:
Manufacturer's Production Capacity for Access Control, Environment Monitoring System, CC Camera and Network Video Recorder shall be minimum 20 per year for each;
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 40,00,000.00 (Tk. Forty lakh).
e) Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required for Access Control, Environment Monitoring System, CC Camera and Network Video Recorder.
f) Tenderer shall have own build remote computer management system or shall submit reseller certificate/authorization letter for outsourcing from other supplier.
Also fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the tender document.
