Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) Reputed Benefited Firm/organization manufacturer/ authorized agent who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in construction works. b) Having experience in successfully completion of at least one number of Similar contract of amounting to Tk. 20.00 lac in a single Tender during last 5 years c) The minimum amount of liquid assets next of other confidential commitment of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk.20.00 lac. Letter of commitment for Bankâ??s Undertaking for line of credit is to be issued from the concerned Bank in between publication date and submission date of this tender in the format as specified(Form PG-3). d) All other reputed qualification, terms and condition of the tenderer are shown in the tender data sheet (TDS) of Tender Documents. (e) Earnest money in the form of Bank Draft/Pay-Order (f) Trade license (Updated) (g) TIN certificate & Tax Paid certificate-2017-18 (h) VAT registration certificate (Preferably digital). (i) Bank solvency certificate (j) Experience certificate with work Order copy (k) Import registration certificate. (l) The Tenderer must mention the source of each item with manufacturers name and country of origin. (m) Manufacturer authorization is Required for country agent. (n) The Tenderer must submit original catalogue/brochures (o) Membership certificate of chamber of commerce and industries of any other register commerce organization with mentioning of registration number on their own letter head pad. (l) Successfully completion corticated of submitted work order. (p) Bio-data of the qualified maintenance of service person. (q) Â Company profile. (r) The tenderer must be provided information regarding- (s) The availability of after sales service facilities in Bangladesh. (t) The availability of spare parts for the equipment supplied.
