Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology including Civil, Sanitary and Electrification Works successfully completed in Government/ semi government/ autonomous organizations within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at leastTk. 10(Ten) lacs. 3. The experience certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned Department/Organization under whose Jurisdiction the work has been done. 4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk 10(Ten) lacs over the last 5 years. 5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5(Five) lacs. 6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: a. The Tenderer must enclose upto date Trade License, income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate along with the tender. b. Up to date ABC category electrical contractory and supervisory Licence 7. All other eligibility and prequalification will be counted as per ITT.
