Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Contractor shall be 5(five) years. ii) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Similar nature Repair and Maintenance works of at least 1(one) contract of successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1.9(one point Nine) Lakh. a) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. b) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 20(Twenty) lacs in the last 5 (Five) years. iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3.00 Lacs. v) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. vii) minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 2.30 lacs viii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents: a) Updated income tax clearance certificate. b) Valid VAT registration certificate. c) Updated Trade license.
