This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderer as mentioned below:- a) Reputed Contractor's/ Construction Firms who have minimum 10(Ten) years of general experience in construction works. b) Having experience in successful completion of work at last 1 (One) No of Grill work, works not less than amounting to Tk. 1,50,000.00 (One lac Fifty Thousand ) only in a a single tender in Government / Semi Government / Autonomous originations of Bangladesh during the last 05(Five) years. c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover during last 05 (Five) years amount of Taka 30,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty lac only). d) The minimum amount of Liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful tenderer shall be Tk. 1,50,000.00 only. Supported by the Original Bank Certificate must be enclosed along with the tender in the form PW2a-3 other wise tender will be nonresponsive. Bank statemnt should be counted 28(Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.. e) No JVC/JVCA will be allowed for this tender. f) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT Registration Certificate should be enclose along with the tender.
