i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Contractor shall be 5(five) years. ii) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Similar nature Repair and Maintenance works of at least 1(one) contract of successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2.20(one ) Lakh.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 20 (Twenty) lacs in the last 5 (Five) years. iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3.5 Lacs. vi) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
vii) Minimum Tender capacity 2.7 lacs viii) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents: a) Updated income tax clearance certificate. b) Valid VAT registration certificate. c) Updated Trade license.
