The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements a) A minimum general construction experience of 10 (Ten) years. b) Specific experience of construction Road work in a single contract of minimum value of Tk. 30.00 (Thirty ) thousand for the last 5(Five) years c) Minimum Average annual construction Turnover of Taka 01(One) Lac only for the last 5 years. d) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 40.00(Forty) thousands Only, which must be supported by relevant papers issued between IFT Publication date to Tender Closing date. Credit facility will not be considered if the Bank imposes any condition. 3. As per ITT 30.3 Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
