Eligibility of Tenderer :	(1) Reputed contractors / construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Building Construction/ Maintenance works. (2) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1 (one) number of similar work or Building Construction work/ Building maintenance work worth not less than Tk. 3.00 (Three) lac only in a single work order in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. (3) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) lac only during last 5 (five) years. (4) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lac. Document submitted along with the tender must issue in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (5) The tenderer must submit scan copy of Up-to-date trade license, income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate. (6) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.
