(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 7.00 ( seven ) crore over the last 5 (five) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT1.00 (one) crore. For this in the Bank certificate from any schedule Bank mentioning the name of work shall be required.
