The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following: (a) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience on similar nature of work in a single work order amounting not less than 50% of Quoted amount the last 05 (five) years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concern Department/Organization.
(b) The required minimum average annual construction turnover during the last 05 (Five) years is Tk. 15.00 lakhs which will be based on work completion certificate. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
(c) The required minimum liquid asset is Tk. 2.50 Lakhs
(d) Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
(e) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate (f) ABC Contractory & supervisory License. g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
