1. Updated trade license; 2. In case of limited company certificate of incorporation; 3. Updated income tax return certificate or documentary evidence to fulfill the income tax obligation under the laws and provision of the country; 4. VAT registration certificate; 5. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services. 6. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 24.00 lakh; 7. Authorization letter from manufacturer /local distributor must be submitted with the tender; 8. Manufacturer Catalogue must be submitted with the tender; 9. Any other relevant documents as mentioned in the tender document including technical specifications.
