(b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderers in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor of Managagement Contractor shall be 03 Years. (c) The minimum Specific experience as prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Managagement Contractor in construction works of at last 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years each with a value of at least Tk.35,00,000.00 (d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.1,25,00,000.00 over the last 5 years. (e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.18,00,000.00
