Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: a) Tenderers must be 1st class enlisted electrical contractor having valid ABC license from electricity licensing board of Govt. of Bangladesh. b) Tenderers must have minimum 5 (five) years general experience in construction and renovation of 33KV or above transmission or distribution line work. c) Tenderer shall have to submitted 33KV or above distribution/transmission line work experience certificate of tk minimum 40 (Fourty) Lakh in single contract. The experience certificate must be issued from previous employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer under whom the work was done. d) Annual audit report from a recognized Chartered Accounted firm for the last 5 (Five) years. e) Tenderer must have upto date income tax (e-TIN) clearance, VAT registration Certificate, Trade license, Supervisory license, National ID, Mobile number, Key personnel List, Working Tools and Authorization letter. All document submitted in pdf form. f) Liquid assets from bidder's banker(s) minimum 40(Fourty) Lakhs to successfully complete the contract . Tendered must be submitted bank statement. which is mentioned Account number and Balance. g) Tender Security Should be submitted only by Bank draft or Pay order. h) Work volume may be increase of decrease. i) Tenderer shall have to submitted at least 8(Eight) lakh taka work experience of Supply Item.
