Eligibility of Tenderer :	All e-Gp Registered tenderer in Bangladesh & who fulfill the Qualification Criteria as below. 1) A Satisfactory Completion of Similar works of at least Tk. 9.64 (Nine point six four) lac under a single of contract(s) over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required. 2) The required Average annual Construction turn Over Tk. 9.64 (Nine point six four), Total = 48.20 lac within the last 05(five) years (Only For Work Completion Certificate/Payment Certificate Should be Considered). 3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities (Un -Conditional) of the Tender shall be Tk.7.41 (Seven point four one) lac. (The supporting document should not consider if the document is issued before 15(fifteen) days from the date of opening of the tender). 4)Special Instruction of tenderer : if the quoted rate more than 10(ten) Percent below in comparison to the update official estimate(Consider Schedule of Rate-2015) the tender must be submitte with tender the detail analysis of quoted rate of each item (as per Office order the Ministry of Road Transport & Bridges , vide memo No.35.00.0000.015.07.003.15-22 Date 08.01.2015).otherwise tender will be rejected.
