1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least Singe contract(s) of Similar Works successfully completed within the last 05 years each with a value of at least Tk 14000000/- year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 20000000/-the preiod best 3 year in the last 5 years , year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 9000000/-
5. Should have Trade License, up-to-dated VAT registration, lattest income tax clearence certificate, bank solvency certificate from any schedule bank of Bangladesh etc
