Eligibility of Tenderer :	(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services. ( (b) (b) The satisfactory completion of supply of mechanical consumable items to Power Sector of Taka minimum 30,00,000/- (Thirty lacs) under Two contracts [Minimum value of Tk 4,00,000.00 (Four Lacs) spiral wound gaskets items must be included under any contract ] in the last 3 (three) years. c) Update the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) is Taka. 30,00,000/- (Thirty Lacs). d) The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd. N.B.: years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal..
