1) Reputed contractors/Construction firms who have min. 5 (five) years of general experience in similar nature of works or building construction works. 2) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of Similar Construction Building work in/c. related electrical installation, sanitary arrangement successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 25.00 lac under Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization. 3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 30.00 lac over the last 5(Five) years preceding the date of submission necessary supporting documents from the concerned authority shall be submitted with the tender. 4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 25.00 lac must be submitted in PW2a-3 form . Bank Certificate must be issued within 28 days up to the date of receiving of tender. Bank statement (original copy) or Bank Certificate to be submitted along with tender. 5) Tender Security Amount Tk. 1.00lac (In the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order ) 6) Must have Up to Date ABC and Electrical supervisory Licences, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade licence. 7) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in section-2 & section-4 to tender Document.
