Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) Tenderer must have up to date valid "ABC" Electrical License and "ABC" class supervisory license issued by the Electricity Licensing Board, Government of the people's Re-public of Bangladesh b) The satisfactory completion record of similar works or Electrical/ Mechanical/ Instrument & Control Equipments supply of minimum Tk.35,00,000.00 (Thirty Five lakh Taka) for any Generation/Distribution/Transmission Company/ BPDB/ PWD/ any Govt. organization under maximum 04 (four) contracts in the last five years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Otherwise the tenderer will be considered as non responsive. NOA or Contract agreement cannot be considered as the proof of work completion. c) The Tenderer has to submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter for spare parts (item no. 1 to 9 of Bill of Quantity) and Service Specialist to do works listed in BOQ (item no. 10 to 15). d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lakh Taka) till 1st July, 2018 or any later date. Supporting documents must be submitted (stating the amount), otherwise the tenderer will be considered as non responsive.
