Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	i) Minimum 3 years of general experience. ii) The tenderer shall have minimum 3 (Three) Contract within last 02 (Two) years in providing vehicle (microbus or as equivalent) services on rental basis to Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies/Multinational companies/Public/Private Limited Companies/Bank/Govt. Owned Companies and shall submit supporting documentary evidence /performance report at the official letter pad of the user. iii) The required average annual turnover the last 03 years shall be greater than Taka 7.5 lac. iv)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Taka 4 lac only. v) Other qualification criteria’s should be as mentioned in tender document.
Brief Description of Works :	Procurement of vehicle services Microbus-8 Seats on monthly rental basis for 24 months. Terms and conditions are as follows: 1. Vehicle Model shall be not before 2010 AD. 2. Vehicle shall supply from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm 3. Running mileage may increase/decrease as per requirement of PGCB 4. Payment shall be made as per actual mileage basis. 5. Ferry/ Bridge/Road/Parking etc. toll will be reimbursed as per actual basis. 6. In case of maintenance/accident service provider must have to replace by same type of vehicle at the earliest. 7. If contractor failed to provide vehicle in any unavoidable circumstances, bill will be deducted for those days. 8. Driver shall have minimum 5 years’ experience with valid driving license. 9. Necessary Vat &Tax shall be deducted from bill/invoice as per rule of GoB.
